BRIAN ANDERSON

MANAGING PARTNER

Brian is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Harper Partners.  He has over 7 years of experience in investing, debt financing, operations and mergers & acquisitions.  Prior to founding Harper Partners, Brian was an Interim Vice President at Imagine Communications, a media technology company owned by The Gores Group.  Prior to this, he was a private equity investor at The Gores Group where he focused on technology and consumer sectors.  While at Gores, Brian worked closely with the management teams of Equinox Payments and Big Strike to execute various strategic initiatives.  Prior to joining Gores, Brian was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the mergers & acquisitions group.  While there he executed $1.8 billion in M&A transactions with clients such as Apollo Global Management, Joh A. Benckiser and International Game Technology.  Brian is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys reading, spending time with family, watching Netflix and supporting USC football.

MIN FANG

MANAGING PARTNER

Min is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Harper Partners.  He has over 7 years of experience in investing, debt financing and acquisitions.  Prior to founding Harper Partners, Min was a private equity investor at Angelo, Gordon & Co in New York where he focused on the consumer, retail and financial services sectors.  While at Angelo, Gordon, Min worked closely with the management teams of Crunch Fitness, KEE Action Sports and Hamilton State Bank to execute various strategic initiatives.  Prior to joining Angelo, Gordon, Min was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he covered the consumer and retail sectors.  While there he executed over $5 billion worth of M&A, debt financing, and IPO transactions for clients such as PepsiCo, Office Depot, Levi’s and many others.  Min attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania’s MBA program and the University of Southern California’s undergraduate business program.

In his spare time, he enjoys re-acclimating himself to the West Coast, winter sports, soccer and attempting to cook.
